This Jaguar E-Type V12 was delivered new to the United States in 1973. It is equipped with a 5.3-litre twelve-cylinder engine mated to a manual gearbox. It belongs to the ‘7S’ family of engines developed for the Series 3, with power supplied by four Zenith-Stromberg carburettors.
With the bodywork in good condition, the car's maintenance is well documented, with a set of invoices covering the 1990s and 2000s totalling approximately £37,000. The brakes have undergone significant recent work: the master cylinder and brake booster were replaced in 2023.
The ultimate and most refined iteration of the E-Type line, this Series 3 V12 represents the pinnacle of Jaguar roadsters, offering the perfect fusion of legendary design and iconic twelve-cylinder power.
