Current bid $17,600.00 (Reserve not met), 5 bids, 8 days left in auction. Buy it now price $35k.

Sellers description:
1973 Jaguar E-Type V-12 Roadster, 4-spd, Sable with Biscuit, 41,920 Genuine Miles, 3:31 Rear Axle, Matching Numbers. Original Unused Dunlop SP Sport Spare Tire still in boot. Original Jack, Manuals, and Brochures. Original ID tag still on the firewall. Never any rust, body damage, or panel replacement. Perfect Factory Panel Gaps. Runs Strong and Cool. Paint and Interior look great! Not a concours winner, but certainly runs and drives like one. This Jag tracks as if it were on rails! Not even the slightest pull or vibration from the front end. The Solid Disc Wheels provide an exceptionally smooth ride unmatched by wire wheels. I've personally logged almost 240,000 miles on E-Types over the past 28 yrs, and this Jag runs, drives, and performs as it should. Also it doesn't leak a drop of anything! And its not an oil burner either! The following work has been performed over the past 24 months...

* New Tan Stayfast Convertible Top
* New Tan Stayfast Top Boot
* New Biscuit Leather Seat Covers, Headrests, and Cubby Box Cover
* New Biscuit Door Panels and Upper Cappings
* New Ignition Amplifier Box
* New Double Fuel Pump
* New Brake Servo Unit
* New Brake M/C
* New Pirellis
* New Stainless Steel Exhaust
* New Radiator Header Tank
* All New Hoses
* New Battery
* New Front and Rear Shocks
* All 4 carbs rebuilt
* All Tune-up parts and fluids have been replaced
* Entire Rear End has been broken down, degreased, sandblasted, primed, painted and rebuilt including New Calipers, Pads, Rotors, U-Joints, Bearings, and Seals

This is truly a V-12 E-Type with No Excuses or Stories. Can be driven ANYWHERE with total confidence. All work performed by Bassetts Jaguar in Rhode Island at a cost of $20,000.00. Engine has 60 psi at 3000 rpm at normal operating temp. Temp stays in the middle of the dial even on 90 degree days! Hobbyist owned and driven regularly, so there's no broker or dealer involved in this sale. Reason for selling...I simply need the space for a new venture. So, if you're looking for a solid V-12 E-Type where all the hard work has been done, then this is the car for you to drive, enjoy, and show. Clean Massachusetts Title in my name as it should be.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
