1969 built Fixed Head Coupe 4.2 manual. Matching numbers car with the original engine and gearbox rebuilt in the United States at a cost of over $20,000. In the UK a ground up restoration was completed in December 2024, with over £53,000 in invoices and a Jaguar V12 roadster in payment. A massive upgrade on the original car, and ideal for long distance driving.
The works included new floors, bulkhead, inner and outer sills, boot floors and engine frames. The car was fitted with triple SU carburettors and an upgraded limited slip differential. The rear subframe was rebuilt and new aluminium radiator, front hubs, Wilwood disc brakes, front suspension and Dayton wire wheels fitted. It also has a new wiring loom, steering rack and steering wheel. The interior was completely retrimmed in Cream leather and carpets.
