The third owner acquired it from his widow in 2021, subsequently servicing it with a new clutch, bottom-end re-seal, CoolCat fan, and engine detailing. Joining the vendor's collection in 2022, additional service work was performed to prepare the car for touring, including detailing, an alloy radiator, and a fresh set of redline tires mounted on the gleaming chrome wire wheels. Renowned for their performance and versatility, early E-Types are wildly popular with classic touring and rally enthusiasts. This beautiful example with its matching-numbers engine, select upgrades such as luggage rack with fitted suitcase, and cherished history, is a prime candidate for continued motoring adventures.
