This car came to Sweden 1974. I bought it 2013 from the previous owner who owned it for 32 years. The car was originally dark blue, and was resprayed 1975. The car will be resprayed in March 2016, to it´s original color dark blue.

An iconic British grand tourer, this Jaguar E-Type is a powerful Series 3 model, equipped with the V12 engine and refinished in its original factory colour.
It is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.3-litre V12 engine, driving the rear wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission.
First delivered to the UK, the car was imported to Sweden in October 1974 and has been with the current keeper since November 2013.
The car has been resprayed twice during its life, most recently in 2017 when it was returned to its factory Dark Blue hue.
The odometer indicates 2,416 km, though this is not warranted.
EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES
This E-Type Series 3 V12 2+2 FHC is finished in a sophisticated shade of Dark Blue, over a grey leather-trimmed interior, featuring a black dashboard and transmission tunnel, blue carpets, and chrome trim highlights.
It rides on a set of 15-inch chrome pressed steel wheels fitted with Hankook Centum tyres.
Equipment includes a Webasto sunroof, a three-spoke steering wheel, Smiths gauges, heater and ventilation controls, a Kienzle analogue clock, and dashboard rocker switches.
This example has been fitted with a Clarion CD stereo.
Accompanying the car are two ignition keys, registration documentation from the Swedish ‘Riksarkivet’ dating from 1974 to 1992, a service handbook with a brown plastic wallet, a wiring diagram, and multiple inspection records.
CONDITION
Specific notes from the seller include: a documented repaint was performed in 2017 included the replacement of the Webasto sunroof, all rubber seals, a new windscreen, new headlining, and the treatment of the leather upholstery.
The most recent Swedish inspection was on 8 July 2021, which is understood to have resulted in a pass with no advisories.
