This car has all metal restoration performed to a very high standard. Martin Robey Replacement panels were used where needed. The bonnet is original to the car and required no rust repair. The car was prepared and painted in a high quality epoxy primer. All parts pictured are included and will be packaged in car for transport. Body tag and picture frame corner with VIN number are with car. Car has a clear PA. title. The head on the engine is a 4.2 and has no number which makes me believe it was a replacement. The engine is a 3.8 and the transmission is a synchronized four speed. Car rolls and steers the car is located in southeast Pa. USA.

I have just come across this report, which I found just by chance!

I bought this car, brought it to Europe, and fully restored it. Although the eBay listing described it as a “high-quality restoration,” ready for the final paintwork, that was far from reality: many rusted-through areas had been filled with plaster, and I discovered numerous surprises once I stripped the car down to bare metal. I then redid the work properly, including fitting the correct 4.2-litre engine and upgrading the car to a more racing-oriented specification, with a performance exhaust, cylinder head, triple double Weber carburetors, and several other improvements. It is, of course, no longer exactly as original, but after nearly ten years of restoration, the project is almost complete. The result is a very clean, attractive car that runs beautifully and is a real pleasure to drive and show on the road.

I bought the car in 2015 as a collection of bulky parts in very bad conditions and spent ten years completely rebuilding it.
Although it is not 100% original, I made several upgrades to create a fun driver. Today, it is back on the road and in excellent condition. Lot of fun to drive it!
