Sold by Starinsure Auctions. As of 17 March 2021 the auctioneer’s website described the car as follows:
“4.2 manual, Series 1, Fixed Head Coupé, 49,460 Miles - Converted to RHD in 1996. Starts and runs.
Reason for auction: Item was settled by insurer. Heat and smoke damage from a building fire. Paint, metals, etc damaged in some areas. Interior detailed and car washed to eliminate smoke odour - needs some TLC! Registration has lapsed”.
