??This 1967 E-Type S1 is one of the last Series 1 models produced. It was originally delivered new in the United States.

?? It has been owned by our client for over 18 years.

? A comprehensive file accompanies the car: invoices, restoration photos, etc.

The car was appraised in 2022 at a value of 170,000 euros.

Condition:

? This Jaguar is in excellent condition and true to its original specifications. The Eggplant Black paint was redone in 2022 and looks stunning. Photos of the repainting process are available and demonstrate that it was done to the highest standards. The beige soft top is in excellent condition, as are the wheels, headlights, and chrome trim.

The underbody is in very sound condition, with no deformation or corrosion.

The black leather upholstery is original and has developed a certain patina. The dashboard, wooden steering wheel, and carpets are in very good condition. All gauges and dashboard instruments are functional.

? The car runs perfectly, with no unusual noise or smoke. It underwent a major restoration in 2009 by Atelier des Coteaux: engine, running gear, wiring harness… Everything was redone to the highest standards, and a comprehensive file of photos and invoices documents the work performed. Since then, it has been carefully maintained.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
