Restoration winding down and should be complete around July 2019.

    2024-04-16 22:33:11 | Brad Cline writes:

Full 2 1/2 year Rotisserie restoration completed with car returned to concours condition in July 2021.

The exterior color ("Golden Sand") and interior color "Red" are back to original.

However, the convertible top color was originally "SAND " color from factory, but now it is a matching RED with the interior leather color.

The removable hardtop is painted the same "Golden Sand" color as the car.

The original rear end was completely rebuilt and the rear end gear ratio of 354 (for the American market) was changed back to the standard British ratio of 307.

The 307 ratio increases the top speed from 135 mph back to 150 mph like the English market cars.

NOTE: current pictures of the car and restoration will be loaded next week.
