I just bought this car and it is mostly rust free.
It needs an interior and a carb rebuild.
Will keep you posed as the work progresses.

    Sellers description:
1969 XKE coupe 2+2. I bought this a few years ago with all good intentions of makein it a good driver. I am now convinced that this will never happen so I have decided to pass it on to someone who hopefully will.

It was all together and running when I got it but it was in need of a complete going over and the motor was very noisy. It has an 3 speed BW automatic which ahs been completely rebuilt and so has the torque converter. It was also fitted from new with air conditioning.

Most of the interior is new or the old panels have been reovered. Headliner, door panels, interior panels, carpet, Seats, console.

The body is in very good condition. It was kept dry most of its life as it was in a garage in North Carolina for 16 years before I got it. The previous owner gave it a cheap paint job to change the color from brown to British Racing Green. The paint is not that great but it cleans up ok.

I have only found 2 quarter size rust spots on the entire body. They are both on the Drivers floor.

I have all the original parts needed to reassemble it.

The motor will need a rebuild or at least a going over.
