1E2029 has been in the same ongoing ownership since 1988 and has been given a high quality restoration by Smart Restoration Australia. Colour and interior colour changed to owners taste but of exceptional quality.

Roger Payne’s first edition printed database published 1991 states that 1E2029’s owner when new was Ronald F Besaw of Pymble, NSW. The colour originally was cream with red interior. Original registration number was ABP-428.
