Car returns to ebay 3/4/06
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-E-Type-Series-III-1974-Jaguar-XKE-Convertible_W0Q ...
Current bid $4,050.00 (Reserve not met), 2 bids, 6 days left in auction. Car now located in Houston, Texas. Buy it now price $35,500.

Sellers description:
This a low mileage car that has been maintained and driven regularly. Sporting a 12-cylinder, 272 HP engine and an manuel transmission, this car would easily go 145 MPH. Only 7,990 versions of the series 3 roadster were built.

This car is a great driver. Not a 10 but close to a 8 in condition. This car will only appreciate and is priced accordingly and reasonable.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
