"This is an unfinnished conversion project. The car was converted from a 2+2 and crafted as a roadster. The rear deck and cockpit bolster were designed to make the appearance different from the stock convertables. This car had rust issues on rear wheel arches which were addressed and repaired but no other rust was found and this body. It was otherwise straight and rust free. This project is being sold as is and needs to be completed. Needs new windshield and top chrome trim, some interior trim, boot [trunk] trim, complete convertable top, and a tune up to make it a pretty nice street car. Also, the paint is flawed since there seems to have been water vapour in both the base coat and clear coat. Should be repainted or at least re-clearcoated. I've had the car in my collection for over 20 years with clear title in my name but the lack of time and money force me to sell. The reserve has been set low, so that a reasonable bid under 10K will buy this car, no buy it now, no BS.. Please ask any questions before bidding. Local bidders are welcome to inspect the car in person and I would encourage them to do so."
