Current bid $9,999 reserve not met, 1 bid 5 days left in auction. 61k miles.

Sellers description:
1972 Jaguar E-Type V12
61,359 Original Miles
Same Owner Since 1975

Up for auction is another great classic car brought to you by Halberd Industries LLC, Classic Automobile Brokerage.

This car was the 813th E-Type coupe ever built with a V12 and is all numbers matching.

This 1972 Jaguar E-Type V12 was purchased by her current owner in 1975 and has been very well taken care of ever since. The car started life in Southern California and eventually moved with the owners to Maryland. Once on the East Coast of the United States, the Jaguar was only driven during summer months. This great classic has still never seen a winter day. This is an ideal purchase for any classic British sports car enthusiast looking for a very reliable Jaguar in wonderful all original condition that is ready to drive anywhere.

This Jaguar has always been professionally maintained and runs and drives flawlessly. Over the last 36 years the car has been appropriately and diligently maintained by her current owners to ensure this amazing classic British car is not only beautiful in appearance, but also very usable. The V12 engine fires right up and the transmission shifts smoothly through all of the gears.

The body is very straight, super solid and rust free. The paint on this British classic is 98% all original with only a small area having been touched up on the nose decades ago. The paint shows very nicely and could certainly place in any preservation class show. There is one small dent on the driver's door. Also a 2" in diameter bulge on the passenger side lower rear quarter panel is present, however it has been there since 1975 and has not grown since. It shows no signs of being a rust bubble and is very solid. It appears to simply be a flaw in production. The chrome on the car is also all original and is in very nice condition.

The interior is all original, with the exception of the headliner, and shows almost no signs of use. Looking at the interior, you would expect the car to only 5 or so years old. It is clear that the owners have taken great passion in preserving this true British Classic. The headliner was replaced about 5 years ago and looks perfect. This is an AC car, however the the system may need to be recharged.

This is an amazing opportunity to own a great 1972 Jaguar E-Type Series 3 V12 Coupe that can be driven anywhere in the country the new owner wishes to take her and certainly place at any preservation class classic car show. This amazingly well maintained and cared for British classic has a clear title and is ready to be added to a collection or used as a daily driver!
