    Sellers comment:
The extent of restoration on this vehicle is amazing, it included complete disasembly with the exception of the glass, which was left intact, mechanically, this car is like showroom condition from 1971. All drivetrain, suspension, rear end, rear axles, etc have been rebuilt to original specs. All wiring and electrics have been replaced, they even used aircraft grade terminations and heat shrink tubing. This one was done right! The interior has been redone, and it has a Nardi steering wheel. The paint looks brand new, with a very few, very small signs that the car has been driven in the past few months since it was restored. When going down the road, there are no rattles or vibrations at any speed, and it tracks straight with hands off the wheel. There are some signs of age on the bumpers (see close-up pics), small scuffs that may be buffable, and a few very small dings in the rear bumper that aren't visible until about five feet away. The body panels all line up extremely well, and I have been assured that this car has never been in any type of a wreck, or ever had any type of body damage. Please note that the engine is the correct mill, but the number does not match the data plate. Besides providing high quality, closeup pictures, I have gone over this car carefully to provide as much detail as possible. I'm extremely picky, so I don't think I've missed anything that bidders will want to know.
I did notice a small run in the paint behind the driver's side door handle. I should have detailed the car before I took pictures to better show how great it really is(inside as well as out). I will detail the car before it is delivered to the winner. I checked the numbers on the data plate to see if they matched, and I have confirmed the rear body number to match, but was unable to locate the engine number on the right side of the cylinder head above the oil filter. The engine is clean enough to eat off of, so I wonder if I'm not looking in the right place.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
