I am selling a very nice, low mileage XKE coupe for a friend of mine. This car is an original, low mileage survivor that is ready for a new owner to enjoy. The body is very good with only very minor surface rust below the rockers. The floors are good on both sides. The green paint is original, useable, but does show some cracking due to age but it is nice enough to enjoy as it is. The chrome is also original and nice with only one small spot on the top of the grille cross bar. The interior is all original with beautiful headliner, good leather seats with only a small spot on the driver side seat where the stitching has started to come apart. This could be easily sewn at this point. The carpets are good and the dash is nice. All the guages work fine as do the lights , signals etc... The a/c is not working at this time and it is anyones guess as to its condition. The motor and trans are great. The car starts right up, idles smooth, runs out great and stops fine.There is a non original kill switch under the dash that was installed as a theft deterent. This car is a survivor, a car who has had limited use and has most likely been someones toy through the years. It is not perfect but it can be enjoyed as is and made perfect (if need be) at a later date, but the best use, really, would be to just jump in and go. Enjoy this car as it is.

This car was purchased by me in September, 2006 as a gift for my father.

Since that time, it has been garaged every winter and driven every spring, summer, and fall. Included is a voltage regulator which we purchased to hook up to the batter during storage which preserves it and insures that it will start right back up.

Christos is our local mechanic in Natick, MA.

The rubber is original and has some cracking but we purchased a COMPLETE set of rubber seals and trim for the car but this has not been installed yet. This is included, as a vintage XKE owners/mechanics manual. Also included is the factory mallet to loosen the wheels.

The tires that were put on in 07 are Yokohama and they have about 1,500 miles on them.

EVERYTHING on this car is original except for a kill-switch which a previous owner put on it. As far as I know, we are the third owner of this car. It was garaged for many years. These are ORIGINAL miles.

The paint has been touched up in spots but this was so long ago that even the touch-up paint is enamel.

The body and frame are completely straight. The car has never been in an accident and the hood fits snugly to the body (which is never the case when there has been damage). There is crazing to the paint and in spots it has flaked away. There is no rust at all in the frame or the undercarriage or floor. There are a handful of small spots of surface rust . There is also one spot on the front bumper where the chrome needs touching-up (see pic). The interior is well-worn but complete.

All lights, dashboard gauges, and other electric works EXCEPT for the A/C.
