Ebay item 7/27/06
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Opening bid $19,900, reserve not met, no bids yet, 4 days left in auction. 69k miles.

Sellers description:
This is and has been a driver for me. I have owned the car for 8 years. The car is not concours. Paint is a "20 footer" with some defects shown in photos. Chrome and glass are presentable. Interior is new and professionally done.

To make it a better and safer driver I have installed modern tires (Goodyear Regatta P205/70R15), safety harnesses and an upgraded cooling fan. Brakes have been rebuilt and exhaust is good. It has a new engine bay wiring harness and some electrical components such as the voltage regulator. The car is fun to drive once you get the hang of the Moss gearbox. On the highway it runs smooth with no unusual pulls or vibrations.

But it is 43 years old. The wipers perform poorly. Sometimes they don't start until prompted manually. I don't drive the car in the rain and haven't investigated this problem. All gauges work. The clock does not work. Air filters are not original. An old, welded repair of the oil pan is present and functions fine. The negative earth radio is appropriate to the car but not connected and there are no speakers.

The car is located in Olympia, Washington about 45 miles south of SeaTac airport on I-5.

Thanks
Karls

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
