In 1989 875130 was located in Wisconsin. The production date was stated to be June 21, 1961. The car was stated to be in original condition, the owner at that time was planning a restoration, and the car was painted white. By 1994, much restoration work had taken place, including body repair, and the rearend and engine were rebuilt and had been refitted to the car. Factory reports state the car was built on June 21. 1961. Its first owner was in Illinois. The hood French Grey , Interior Beige.

Letter to Jaguar World Monthly (UK magazine): "I'm the founding president of the Smoky Mountain Jaguar Club of the JCNA and own seven Jaguars including three E Types, one of which is 875130 - restoration almost complete. ... Bob Reid, Tennessee, USA. Date of magazine not recorded but possibly May 2005.
