This is one of "Cunningham's Three.' It, along, with 875026 and 875027, were delivered to Cunninghams as a group. It was registered 9022 DU in the UK No other information is known, although it is likely the car was shipped to the US.

I purchased the car 875015 from the quasi original owner in the late 80's he and a friend of his both ordered xke's they were the first delivered to the USA they were a coupe and a convertible the car in question and they traded upon delivery of both. we purchased this car for $10,000 from what was the original owner at that time and sold it for $13000 and knew at that time it was a mistake. It was a very nice 30,000 mile original car.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
