I owned this 3.8 Jaguar car from 1971 to 1978. It was purchsed in Southport Lancs and sold in Newbury Berkshire. (As the stork flew in the front door the Jaguar went out the back). It was a maroon colour at that time. I bought it in a terrible condition with no inner or outer sills and parts of the floor missing. I replaced parts of the floor and made new inner sills from 10 gauge steel before fitting new outer sills and filling all the cavities with cyano acrylic foam to preserve it.
