Whaat? Does not look much like a rose or much less Pale Primrose (yellow) to me! More like (very rusty) Black or Dark Blue, hard to say...

Added two pictures of this car taken in winter 1974. I owned it from abt mid-1974 to mid-1975 when I sold it to an American serviceman after it was badly damaged (when parked) in a hit-and-run accident.

I also owned this car for a time. Does anyone know who owns it now where it is and could it be purchased for restoration?

I owned this car late 1979 to 1983 it had loads of work done including ne w bonnet and engine frames ,full paint job primrose yellow don't know how it got into that condition or painted blue but Charlie Bennet from Strontion in argyl purchased it from me and I was told he hit a cow on the road coming from a wedding in Lochness .i can only think it had a second hand shell that must have been rusty. To be in the condition its in on the blue photos.

October 1962 when competing at Silverstone on 4th August 1962 driven by one

M. FALLEK in the novice race which he won. The car was said to be yellow.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
