The Moss box has been superceded with the 5 speed Tremec upgrade giving the car precise gear shifting and comfortable speed cruising. Upgraded “Green stuff” braking gives the original bellows power braking system extra road safety. Direct engine driven power assisted steering adds to driving comfort. The triple 2inch SU’s controlled by the Mangoletsi throttle linkage upgrade allows for extra smooth power delivery of the 3.8 litre HP straight six XK engine.

The car has been fully restored with over 2500 hours spent and finished with no effort spared to the recognised highest Jaguar quality restoration standards – effectively now being a car much superior to the initial factory standard.
