The quickest and best example of the 'E' Type was the original 3.8 litre and this late entered 1961 example is finished in opalescent dark blue with red interior and is the much preferred roadster version.
It has the manual gearbox and has lived with the present owner for over ten years whilst the original owner of the car is believed to have been the Cadbury's family who ordered the car in the special colour previously described and is believed to have just had the two owners from new.
It still has it's original Motorola radio, the original ashtray and the original Lucas P.L. headlights whilst also sporting the uprated brakes, Koni shock absorbers and chrome wire wheels.
This wonderful car is only for sale reluctantly due to a bereavement and we are sure the new owner will derive as much pleasure from it as the previous owner did.
