    Car returns to ebay 1/23/10
    cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Opening bid $20,000 reserve not met, no bids yet 8 days left in auction. VIN on this car is J711S71542. Car now said to be in Temple City, California.

    Sellers description:
    Rare customized Jaguar E Types.
    It is a series 3 V12 “Speedster 1+1”.
This is truely an open car, there aren't even any mounts for a roof.
All Jaguar drive train is maintained, however all ancillaries have been removed.
The car now weighs 2960 lbs. Roof Conversion was done by Orange County Hot Rods using all OEM body panels from XKS Unlimited. Rear end modified by Curt Hamilton Jaguar specialties.
Aluminum Gas tank and battery, relocated for enhanced weight distribution.
GM 130 amp alternator, Jaguar Asteroid wheels, Grant steering wheel, custom exhaust, Corbeau seat, AEI shocks, Chopped windshield, and a CD player, all on a absolutely rust free body.
The end result is a very aggressive looking exotic, that is both fast and beautiful.
"Warning this car is loud and obnoxious, and certainly not for the faint of heart"

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
