jcna.com/scores/results.php .I did not have the reverse lights hooked up yet, and a few tenths were taken off for chrome blemishes, the headliner and a raggety jack bag (it has a new one now). The Judges had a hard time finding deductions and loved the improvements. The door window mods and headlight covers drew a crowd of approval for the way Jaguar could have made this high speed touring car look to begin with, in 1971.

This JAG is available for sale only with the chrome wire wheels and series 1 knockoffs. You have an option to buy the Superlite wheels and Yokohama high performance tires for an extra $2000, which will include shipping in the contiguous United States. These wheels and tires make the car very low for competition events, but are nearly impractical for the street. The Wire wheels are very nice, look great on the car, and are the best option for the street. If you "Buy-it-Now", I will include the mag knock-off wheels and tires, and ship them to you at my expense.

Why am I selling this dream car? One of my best Jaguar buddies passed away, and I purchased his BRG v12 2+2 to keep forever. I tricked the motor out on it years ago (XJS HE motor, headers, ported heads, etc), and I will do the same cosmetic mods ( bumper guards, knock-offs, headlight covers, tailpipes, side windows etc) to it I did to Sir Earl Gray.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
