I owned the car from 17.3.87 and sold it (in pieces) seven years later. The build date of the car was 20.0373 with desptach date 290373 to Henlys London. I was the 6th owner. I attempted a rebuild and most of the bodywork was done but the engine was in pieces when I sold the car. The car was registered in the UK with the number SGT302L. I really enjoyed my V12 motoring and am currently looking to buy another!

Further to the information I gave above in 2007 I have recently discovered many photographs of the car when sorting through my Jaguar archive. If the current owner reads this please contact me as I would like to pass on everything I have on the car.

My big regret is, of course, that I sold the car. It gave me 7 glorious years of V12 motoring without any mechanical failure. I can still recall the turbine-like shattering acceleration and the joys of 100mph cruising!!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
