Sold by Pendine Historic Cars of Bicester in December 2020. Amended seller's description below.
www.pendine.com/cars-for-sale/1974-jaguar-e-type-series-iii-commemorative-roadst ...

The final swansong of the iconic Jaguar E Type was the Commemorative, the name given to the final 50 production E Type's. Supplied by Wadham Stringer in Southampton in November 1974, this manual commemorative has only 32,157 miles on the odometer, a figure backed by the extensive history file cataloging paperwork from new. The original service passport records the first service in January 1975 at 989 miles. With the car is the original owner's pack including warranty arrangements card, owners service statement, Radiomobile instruction book and invitation to join the owners club.

The current owners family bought the car in 1985 with the professional inspection report confirming its good health and unrestored integrity. In 35 years of dedicated, loving ownership there was a repaint by Redline Autobodies in 1991 and retrim by Suffolk and Turley in 1992. In any service work only original Jaguar parts were used. Still on its original steel wheels and sporting a rare factory hard top, this low mileage, relatively untouched commemorative must rank as one of the best preserved, best history examples available.

Sold by Smallman Hall Classic Cars of Bridgnorth in November 2023. Seller's description below.

www.smallman-hall.com/listing/jaguar-e-type-v12-commemorative-poa/

A stunning E Type V12 Commemorative. Dispatched on 4th September 1974, this is one of the last fifty Jaguar E Types built. This very special car is in outstanding condition having just been restored by the team here at Smallman Hall. One of 31 manual cars showing just 32,295 miles backed by an extensive history file. A true collectors car being one of only fifty produced by Jaguar to mark the end of this iconic motor car.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
