$15,101 reserve not met 12 bids, 9 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
This gorgeous E-Type is special in many ways but there are two remarkable qualities that are worth elaborating on. The condition of the body is one and the overall mechanical condition is the other. The body of this car is straight and free of any dents or scratches. The paint is smooth and very glossy and the chrome is in near perfect condition. The under carriage is rust free, however, I want to note that a very small area of the floorboard (in front of the right front jacking point) that was repaired. Mechanically this car is outstanding. The engine runs with a ton of power and the temperature and oil pressure are always good, even in very hot days. The transmission shifts positively and smoothly. It is impressive that I can get into this car right now and take a long trip with without having any doubts about the performance of the car. I personally drove this car for approx. 500 miles and supervised the mechanical work that was performed, so rely on my description as a first hand account. I will list below the strength of this car and a list of anything that is not working or missing.

I did my best to provide good revealing pictures (I have nothing to hide regarding this car).

Strength:
1.Solid body, paint, and chrome. Gorgeous to look at. Many new rubber parts installed and or provided.
2.Fast, smooth, and drives at 75mph all day without a problem.
3.I resealed the cam towers and valve covers, resealed oil sump, cooler, and rear main seal. (VIRTUALLY FREE OF ANY OIL LEAKS). Remarkable for a Jaguar.
4.Nice wheels and tires,
5.New seatbelt reels. (very expensive)
6.Very nice top
7.Under 50k miles
8.Nice original interior with new carpets.

Not working or missing:
1.AC not working
2.Sunvisors missing
3. Dash pad not new but not too bad
4. Tach. and clock are not working.
