It was highly maintained and then sold to another texas tycoon that moved the car to san diego california, he then kept it for another 10 years and sold it to a guy in los angeles and then i bought it. This car is super clean in and out and underneath,i did spend some money on it in the last 6 months i have purchased new wheels and tires$$$,new alternator,radiator removal and clean,fuel pump,belts,hoses,new clutch $$$,new mufflers and exhaust tip$$$,all bumpers rechromed,new rear view mirror,etc. i spent around 7500 lately and did a lot of the work myself, i have owned many of these cars. this is a beautiful car in a exceptional original condition,the interior is all original and look at it ,it is fantastic. The motor compartment is very correct,and not rusty or corroded,the floors are excellent except the drivers side floor is pushed up a little from scraping while loading on a wrecker or transport truck but no problem so i left it alone. the motor runs fantastic and sounds great,the trans is silent and shifts like it is supposed to ,the lights and gauges all work ,rare, the trunk is totally stock, no tool kit but nice,the car has all manuals and original literature,the original shifter and steering wheel,the original carpet is fine but it does have some minor falling apart,the dash is great ,the hard top is nice but the paint is scuffed some and the headliner has a gouge in it,but overall very nice,the ac compressor is new ,the body is straight ,THIS IS A KILLER DAILY DRIVER JAG!! it is not a 100 point car but it is probably a high 80's to low 90 car. It has never been a dog and has always had great care . This car should bring 45,to 50 thousand dollars but this is ebay and times are slow ,although i just saw a couple jags bring top money at barret jackson,i should have taken my car there but oh well, I am going to sell it call jay at 956 624 2669,all the reciepts and paperwork are there and go with the car
