A brief mention of this car was made by Richard D. Cohen in the October issue of Ejag magazine. I assume the VIN is likely. A partial quote:

My E-type is primrose yellow, 1973, serial no. USIS22093BW, convertible, automatic. How many '73 convertibles in this color were produced/imported to the USA

Indeed it is Primrose. Ebay item 8/17/14

Car has a buy it now price of $45,000 for 6 days. Car now said to be in Avon Lake, Ohio.

    Sellers description:
40,709 miles driven from new, this Series 3 V12 Roadster is beautifully presented in the original Primrose Yellow with Black Trim.
V-12 5.3 Ltr 285 HP, Original condition, Automatic (Most were) Highly Collectible Marque. It is unrestored and in remarkably fine condition. The careful ownership is amply demonstrated by the many invoices that accompany the comprehensive history file.

The fully documented history includes the original handbook and wallet and a full appraisal from 1989. The mileage was stated by the previous owner as 29,800. It has had very light but regular use since that date, adding only a further 10,909 miles driven in the last 28 years including the 1,200 mile trip from Florida to Ohio.

I have a fairly well documented service History including notes from the previous owner

The absolute originality shines through, and it's easy to see why it has became such an iconic example. Complete with air conditioning and chrome wire wheels, this is a very usable E-Type by any measure.

    Very Low Mileage Original
    Completely Unrestored
    Very Fine Condition
    40,709 Miles Driven
    Original Handbook

    Known Defects
Transmission Oil Leak (drip tray included)
Slight Rack and Pinion oil leak. This is a rebuilt rack was purchased five years ago and has less than 700 miles on it.
Before I bought the car in 1986, the car was in a slight accident. The driver's side rear panel was damaged and poorly repaired (2 photographs taken)
Various dings and dents untypical of a 41 year old car. (Photograph taken)
Our mechanic reports that the ball joints and track rod ends are worn.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
