Car has a buy it now price of $63,995 for 20 days.

Sellers description:
Finished in stunning Signal Red, Beautifully restored, this one exhibits none of the usual E-Type issues. The long bonnet fits beautifully, the doors open and close effortlessly, and both the front and rear bumpers are seamlessly fitted to the body. Never a rusty car, it has obviously spent its life in a warm climate, and that's especially critical on Jaguars, which can rust in the most demonic ways possible.

Tan leather buckets invite you to come in and stay a while, and with the Series II upgrades, they became more comfortable for long trips. While an automatic transmission was added to the options sheet with the Series II, this one still sports a proper 4-speed manual, a revised gearbox that's almost as silky as the bodywork. Rocker switches still control all the secondary functions, and big, round Smiths gauges are a right British way to monitor the engine. That wood steering wheel is real wood, and sumptuous carpets give it a plush, luxurious feeling inside. The lone deviation from stock specification is an Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo head unit fitted in the original dash. There's not a lot of trunk space, but enough for a weekend getaway, and it includes a full tool kit.

You'll be pleased to note the chassis is completely rust free, the exhaust and fuel pump are new, and it wears proper 15-inch redline tires on gorgeous chrome wire wheels.

It is as fast as it is beautiful, and thanks to a high-quality restoration, this E-Type roadster can be driven anywhere with confidence.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
