Hello, Seems as this may have possible been my Jaguar at one time in the 1976/1977 era... I put another body on it from a junk yard in Zelinople, Pennsylvania, I restored it mostly then sold it to a friend who took it apart and redid the entire car and painted it a light green. Then sold it about 1978 or 1979 era... I have looked it up and traced it with the Vin Number on my original registration from Ohio in 1977. Would like to know where this car is and the condition of it at this time. 08/19/2016 Alan...

This Jaguar was owned by me 1976 in Poland, Ohio. I put a new front bonnet on it. And restored it. It was at that time blue and a brown bonnet. Then when completed it was painted a light green. Interior was black. Originally this car was Yellow.

This car was owned by a neighbor that was in High School with me. Years later I purchased it from the second owner. It was originally primrose yellow. When I purchased it, it was dark blue. Later due to poor condition of body and so much bondo. I replaced the body of the car with a brown colored body from a junk yard in Zelienople, PA. I kept the original bonnet or Hood. after reassembly was complete, I handed the car over to a very good friend. Who took it all apart, recovered the seats, put new carpet and repainted the body a light Green. Interior remained black. This was the last time I saw the car. I heard he had sold it for quit a bid. $70,000 or so. Not Positive of the Price. I believe I was the third owner.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
