A Friend of mine, Stephen Golde bought this car, from CA, to tidy up & re sell. Had big speakers in rear area, orginal engine & sbergs, very nice paint, but ugly colour. Boot looked very nice, no spare or spare hold down bolt good metal in boot. Add on antenna.

Car is now in Los Angeles. Car was purchased in 2007 from Doc's Jags in Scottsdale. The top was restored in Hartz-cloth canvas, interior including seats, door panels, shifter boot, rubber seals, etc have all been re-done and after-market stereo system was removed. New spare and hold down installed. Other fix-it items were done and paint imperfections were repaired and entire car was completely buffed out. The original brightwork is on the car and in very good condition. Car is now a very nice driver. The willow green color is very much a period color but really stands out!

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
