Description:
The color combination is original pale primrose yellow with a black leather interior. The slightly longer wheelbase allows people over 1.80m tall to sit comfortably and get in and out easily. According to the Jaguar Heritage Certificate, this vehicle was delivered to British Leyland New York on August 5, 1969. 30 years later, it was re-imported and registered in Germany. In 2014, the vehicle underwent a complete engine overhaul. Since then, it has covered approximately 10,000km. The E-Type is equipped with the sought-after manual transmission and the rarely installed power steering. A folder full of documents documents the history and the work carried out. It has been meticulously maintained and continuously improved by an Airbus engineer over the past few years. A current classic car appraisal with a market value of €56,000 is available. This is a well-maintained, technically reliable vehicle. The paint shows minimal signs of wear and has a beautiful shine. The original chrome components are in good condition. The original black leather interior displays a pleasant patina without cracks. The headliner and sun visors are in top condition. The Motolita aftermarked steering wheel was replaced with an original E-Type wooden steering wheel. A Becker Europa radio with MP3 input is included. The E-Type body is unwelded and shows no signs of rust. The current odometer reading is 99,400 mph. The 15-spoke chrome wheels are shod with Vredestein Classic Sprint tires; the MOT was recently renewed in June 2027.
