Lot #228436
This 1969 Jaguar XKE Series II is a blue-on-blue 2+2 that is powered by a 4.2-liter inline-six linked with a three-speed automatic transmission. It was acquired by the seller in 2025, and work that year involved replacing the exhaust system, seat belts, and gear oil for the limited-slip differential. The car features 15″ wire wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, a heater, and an AM/FM radio. This XKE 2+2 is now offered with a Virginia title.
The car is finished in light blue and features wraparound chrome bumpers, bright trim, a louvered clamshell hood, and dual exhaust outlets.
Wire 15″ wheels are secured by three-eared knock-offs and mounted with Kumho tires. Braking is provided by four-wheel discs with inboard-mounted rear rotors.
The 2+2 cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in Dark Blue leather along with a color-coordinated center console, door panels, and carpets. Replacement seat belts were installed in 2025, and an AM/FM radio is housed ahead of the gear selector.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation, including a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer, while a clock and auxiliary gauges are centrally mounted in the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 10k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.
The 4.2-liter inline-six was factory equipped with dual Zenith-Stromberg carburetors and rated at 246 horsepower and 263 lb-ft of torque when new. The seller reports that the exhaust system was replaced in 2025, utilizing components sourced from Moss Motors and SNG Barratt. An oil change was also performed.
The three-speed automatic transmission is paired with a limited-slip differential, and the fluid for the latter was changed in 2025.
There is currently a lien on the vehicle, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the next owner.
