Listed for sale on E-Bay - item 170774405620. 1970 Jag FHC 4.2 manual transmission all numbers match. This is an 80,000 mile car from the Oregon coast solid and completely rust free - yes, a rust free Jaguar. The car was completely stripped of its original paint(red) to the bare metal and repainted black. The paint is in show condition and the car is laser straight. All new weather stripping and body seals were put in the car and the seats and carpet were redone. Also a Series 1 console was added to the car but comes with the original parts if you chose to put it back to stock. The car is complete with books, spare, tool kit and jack. Currently the car is having the carbs rebuilt and being fully detailed under the hood. Information posted with picture links added to the listing shows body 4R23982, engine 7R11792-9 and transmission KE12835.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
