I would like to know if any one knows the history of this car from 1970 to 1985?? The car was apparently a total nut and bolt restoration by Jaguar in London. The total restoration part on inspection is undoutably true but by whom I don't know.
The car was bought by the previous owner in 1985 for 25000 pounds and shipped to the USA where it has been garaged until I bought it in 2010. Since 1985 the car has only travelled a very minimal mileage, the American owner hardly ever driving the car due to it a being right hand drive infact for 25 years it has been driven hardly at all. If any one has any info on the first 15 years of this cars life I would love to hear from them.

If any one knows anything about this car from when it was first registered in 1970 untill 1985 when it was exported to the USA please let me know. Or if anyone knows how I can find out the cars first registration number I will be eternally greatfull.
