1970 Jaguar XKE Roadster
Two-meticulous-owners from California
This perfectly restored Jaguar Roadster was sold new in Beverly Hills, California
This Jaguar E-Type was completely restored by XK Unlimited to a very high standard
No expenses spared!
Perfect body
This is a car that we are very pleased to have for sale today. This 1970 Jaguar E-Type Roadster was shipped out of England for North America delivery in 1970. It was sold new in Beverly Hills, California, where this car was only used on rare occasions. This car was kept and serviced with no expenses spared. During the Spring of 1982, the second owner purchased the car and the car still remains in the State of California. He drove this car for many years, on rare and special occasions and club events. In the late 1990's the car was delivered to Jaguar Specialist XK Unlimited, in the State of California. XK Unlimited is known for high-end restoration to meet a perfect standard. The car was stripped to bare metal. Suspension was taken out, engine compartment completely stripped and then given a full bare metal respray. XK Unlimited completely dismantled the rear suspension where everything was rebuilt, powder coated, etc., etc. Mechanically, the car was gone through; the brakes, gearbox, clutch, and engine. This is such an enjoyable car to drive. It really runs and drives excellent with perfect oil pressure. The car has correct steering and runs and drives really powerful. This car comes with all receipts, documentation, books and manuals. Also, comes with the Heritage Certificate. Jaguar E-Types such as this one, is such a solid investment. Especially one at such a high standard as this one. This car still remains in such an excellent overall condition. The leather interior, door panels, carpeting, etc., etc. still shows almost in a new condition. The paint on the car, the chrome and all the rubber, are also still in excellent condition.

The car reappears on ebay.

This car is said to be in Reidsville, North Carolina, the listing is a scam as the car is now in Finland. The auction is using the same photos as the '08 auction, not providing any identification and a completely different description.
