classicinvest.com/1970-jaguar-xke-s-ii
Sellers description:
1970 Jaguar XKE S-II
Engine: 4.2L 7R11778-9
Transmission: 4-speed Manual
Chassis: 1R13028
Mileage Reads: 32,074
This exciting S-II XKE was beautifully restored around 4-years ago by a well-known shop on the eastern seaboard. Completely stripped, this car received a full nut and bolt restoration with many new parts (including wiring, radiator, body seals, exhaust and wheels) and all major parts were overhauled and road-tested. The original, numbers matching engine and gearbox run in excellent fashion and the body shows beautifully after its complete and professional refurbishment.
The interior of this car shines as brightly as everything else. The fresh leather is in excellent condition and every instrument and switch are as eye-catching as they are functional. Featuring desirable extras like the freezing cold A/C, this car is dressed to impress. Come experience all of the excitement of the classic "E-type" in this one remarkable car!
