1992: Jaguar Enthusiast, UK club magazine, August 1992, p 14: "Stolen from Sedgeley Road in Tipton, Staffordshire, on Saturday June 5th 1992 a Jaguar E Type 2+2 Series 1, registered in 1967. The car is a left hand drive automatic transmission model finished in primrose yellow with black interior not yet registered in this country. Chassis number is E75409BW [sic] with engine number 50536-9. The car is driveable, having undergone some restoration and is now ready for its MoT. A reward will be given to [sic] any information appertaining to the theft or recovery of the car. Contact Dave Parsons on 021 557 1445 or 0902 453004 any time."
