Car appears to be scrapped because the picture frame and bonnet support frames and other parts are being sold through EBay auctions:

Item description: ONE ORIGINAL FRONT PICTURE FRAME FROM A JAGUAR XKE , NOT SURE WHAT YEAR IT WAS REMOVED FROM .ORIGINAL , UNRESTORED WITH SOME SMALL DENTS ,SURFACE RUST , ETC, BUT IN GENERAL IT IS A GOOD ONE TO START WITH SINCE IT HAS NOT BEEN CUT UP , WELDED OR RUSTED OUT.
