The righthand drive 1967 car being sold features manual transmission. It is finished in light metallic blue with contrasting beige leather upholstery. It has been in the current ownership since 1990, since when it has apparently had very little use but been dry stored throughout. Work has been undertaken as required in order to acquire the annual MOT. In addition it has been fitted with a stainless steel exhaust and an uprated fan. It sits on Avon Turbospeed tyres, all of which are said to be "good". Last year the fuel tank was reportedly removed and cleaned and the carburettors stripped and refurbished. A new radiator header tank has also been fitted in recent times. The vendor describes the coachwork as "fairly sound apart from some bubbles over the rear wheelarches". The paintwork is apparently "uneven and chipped in places" and the vendor feels it would now benefit from a respray. The interior is said to have been "retrimmed some years ago" and the seats are therefore free from the rips and tears of age. The E-Type is MOT'd into November next year.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
