Sellers description:
1967 jaguar E-type roadster conversion.
This beautiful series one E was born a hardtop coupe, the rear section was replace with a original convertible rear section when the car was restored over 20 years ago. After that it was placed in a warehouse under cover and was forgotten. Of coarse after sitting for so long there was a few repairs needed as follows. Fuel system rebuilt, flushed and cleaned. Brake system rebuilt, new calipers, hoses, master cylinders and booster. All new hoses, coolant , oil and filter, battery, brake fluid , clutch master and slave. Four new tires with tubes.
She runs and drives very nice, starts with no smoke, trans shifts clean, all gears work good. All the lights work including turn signals.
The tach is not working and the clock has stopped. All other gauges work correctly. The original radio still works...
The interior looks to be original and has cracks and a few tears.
The paint is great from 5 feet however close inspection will show some flaws as this is a 20+ year resto.
