Ebay item 4/19/05
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $21,655.00 (Reserve not met), 7 bids, 4 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
This is possibly the most beautiful Jaguar racing coupe on earth. It has the best of everything. Originally built by Bill Terry of Terry’s Jaguar Parts in Benton, IL, it was run at Sebring HSR March of 1995, and then rebuilt by Predator Performance of Pinellas Park FL. It then competed at Daytona in its new silver livery 11/5/99. Log books for HSR, SVRA and SCCA are included. The 4.2 liter Terry built engine came off the dyno at 371 certified horses (dyno sheets included) and comes with a hardened crank, Carillo rods, Venolia pistons, full race cams, triple Weber carbs, and much more. The power is delivered to the rear by a newly developed T-5 transmission (by Paul at 5Speeds.com). All of the gears are full race, straight cut, dog ring gears. It has a .89 final drive. The car has an easy adjust torsion rod front suspension system with .880 full race torsion bars. The fully adjustable rear suspension is strung with four Koni spring over shocks and 300 lb springs. The rear end also has a rear steer correction system installed, a Predator Performance creation. This is one of the lightest E-types ever made with its Kevlar bonnet and custom aluminum doors, Lexan windshield, side windows and rear hatch with louvers. The E- qualifies for the new class HSR has initiated in 2005 for stock bodied E-types. The minimum weight for the new class is 2400 lbs, so you will need to add weight. The great thing is, you can put it where you want it to get the corner weights exact. I have enjoyed this car immensely, but with my health the way it is, I just cannot drive the car the way it should be driven, even with the installed fresh air system. This car is also being advertised locally and I reserve the right to cancel the auction early if appropriate.
