My Father aquired this car new in 67. It was given to me in its present state and in need of TLC. 45 K miles some damage history, but will be worth the time and money to me to pass it along to my 3 year old son one day.
I've been in love with this car since I was 5.

    1967 Series One E Type roadster - 1E13902
Complete, matching numbers car for total restoration

We are delighted to offer this matching numbers, Series One E Type project car for sale. The car has only had one owner since it was a few weeks old. 1E13902 was purchased new by a lady who was going through a divorce. In fact, the lady in question apparently purchased several brand new luxury cars within a few days of each other, only to have a divorce court judge order their return to the respective dealerships. This E Type was one of the cars returned by court order and it was subsequently purchased a few weeks later by the gentleman from whom we bought the car.

This E Type has been driven just over 47,000 miles from new. It is obviously quite rusty and will require a total restoration. It will need new floors, sills and boot floor. The original color scheme was Opalescent Silver Blue with a Dark Blue interior. The sale includes the original factory hardtop which is missing one piece of the rear window chrome trim. Otherwise the car appears to be virtually complete and is certainly not missing any significant components.

With a great ownership history, matching numbers and good factory colors, this would be a fantastic E Type to restore!

    Offers invited

Sold strictly 'as is, where is' with no warranty of any kind being offered. Clear title conveys to the new owner.

For an appointment to view, please email or call (512) 288 8800.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
