Current bid $3,333 reserve not met, 4 bids 6 days left in auction. 41k miles.

Sellers description:
RUNNING & DRIVING 1966 E-TYPE XKE Open two Seater. This Jag was taken off the road in December of 1983 when it had a minor accident which dented the left front rim and bent lower control arm. I purchased it in 1993 where it was stored for ten years in a heated basement next to the washer and drier (the misses folded the laundry on the hood and decided she wanted a proper table so the jag had to go). I stored it until last year in my warehouse, when I dusted it off and started to do some work on it. Since then I had the lower control arm straitened and rebuilt the carbs, front and rear brakes, clutch slave cylinder and water pump. Replaced with new parts the cooling expansion tank, rubber brake hoses, motor mounts, rear end mounts, passenger rocker panel, front shocks and rubber fuel lines. She not ready for paint yet, needs more body work and patch panels mainly on the floor and inner skirts, and also found repairs on the block at the water jacket that are holding the water pressure fine. Heater and air intake system are not mounted but are in the trunk.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
