As per its Heritage Certificate, this glorious roadster is finished in its original colour combination of Old English White coachwork with Russet Red hide, a Black soft top and tonneau cover. Built in left hand drive form on 26th February 1974 making this particular example a late car, it benefits from air conditioning and inertia seat belts. On being acquired by DD Classics UE1S25020 has undergone significant mechanical refurbishment with a huge amount of attention paid as follows:

Removing the rear axle and overhauling like new, completely new brake system with new master cylinder, discs, callipers, hoses to front and rear of car, complete new exhaust system from the manifolds to the rear fantail exhaust pipe, complete set of cooling hoses and header tank, refurbishment and correct setting of all carburettors, wishbones, bushes' steering rack gaiters, front and rear dampers and new chrome throughout. Standing proudly on chrome wire wheels it is fully prepared on the button.

As per the Jaguar Heritage Certificate, this glorious roadster is finished in its original colour combination of Old English White coachwork with Russet Red hide, a black soft top and matching tonneau cover. Manufactured on 26th February 1974, this lefthand drive example benefits from air conditioning and Inertia seat belts. Having undergone significant mechanical work in recent months including removing the rear axle and overhauling the brake system with new discs, calipers and hoses to the front and rear. A new exhaust system has been fitted and a complete set of coolant hoses. Suspension bushes, wishbones and shock absorbers have also been replaced. Sitting proudly on chrome wire wheels, this delightful example of a Jaguar E-Type Series III is ‘on the button’ and ready to go. Supplied with a V5C registration document and a full years MoT test certificate, this roadster is fitted with manual transmission making it a real drivers’ car.

Manufactured on the 26th February 1974 and dispatched to New York, USA on the 25th March 1974. The vendor advises that the car eventually formed part of an important collection in Tokyo where it remained for over twenty years. Imported into the UK in 2018, it has been subject to complete recommissioning since in the vendor's workshop and also at The Jaguar Workshop in West London, one of the UK's leading Jaguar specialists for over forty years. Works included braking system overhaul, suspension and carburettors. It has been fitted with new front and rear bumpers. Described by the vendor as an unrestored V12 Roadster with exceptional panel fit, a superb example. It's Heritage certificate confirms that the car was white with russet interior from new. Comes with current documents including Nova, DVLA registration, MoT exemption certificate, Heritage certificate and MoT issued in 2018. The mileage is recorded at 29,057 which the vendor believes to be correct.
