ROADSTER / CONVERTIBLE

13,605 ORIGINAL MILES!!!

4 - SPEED

FACTORY AIR-CONDITIONING

WIRE WHEELS

VIN # UD1S22118

YOU ARE LOOKING AT AN ABSOLUTELY STUNNING 1973 JAGUAR XKE ROADSTER!
THERE IS NOT MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS METICULOUSLY MAINTAINED JAGUAR XKE. THE BODY IS LASER STRAIGHT AND THE PAINT IS EXQUISITE! THE FULL LEATHER INTERIOR IS SOFT AND SUPPLE AS THE DAY IT WAS NEW, AS IS THE BRAND NEW SOFT-TOP! THE DASH, A/C UNIT, VENTS AND ALL DASH GAUGES ARE IN SUPERB CONDITION.

WITH JUST 13,605 ORIGINAL MILES THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ARE BARELY BROKEN IN. THE CAR HAS BEEN STORED IN A CLIMATE CONTROLLED GARAGE FOR IT'S ENTIRE LIFE AND SERVICED REGULARLY. WE BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM AN ELDERLY GENTLEMAN WHO BABIED THIS CAR, AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE 40+ FULL SCREEN PHOTOS.

THE UNDERCARRIAGE ON THIS JAGUAR IS AS NICE AND ORIGINAL AS THE DAY IT ROLLED OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR NEW! NO RUST, NO REPAIR OR PATCH PANELS, JUST A BEAUTIFUL AND RARE EXAMPLE OF AN ORIGINAL, WELL TAKEN CARE OF RUST FREE 1973 JAGUAR XKE!!!

MECHANICALLY THE CAR IS FLAWLESS. IT RUNS AND DRIVES PERECTLY....NICE AND TIGHT AND PLENTY OF V-12 POWER. THE 4-SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION SHIFTS PERFECTLY! WE HAVE OWNED HUNDREDS OF XKE'S THROUGHOUT THE YEARS, AND THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE NICEST ONE WE HAVE EVER OWNED, BOTH COSMETICALLY AND MECHANICALLY!!!

FACTORY OPTIONS INCLUDE:

*SIGNAL RED EXTERIOR PAINT
*FULL BISQUIT/TAN LEATHER INTERIOR
*V-12 FACTORY ENGINE
*4 - SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION
*ICE-COLD FACTORY AIR-CONDITIONING
*WIRE WHEELS WITH NEW TIRES

07/22/08 Although this is a nice car there are a few things that are worth noting: there is oversyray on the bumper stops on the underside of the bonnet, the exhaust system has the wrong outlet for this serial number, the radio is not original, the convertible top has been replaced, the carpet is missing the black plastic snaps to the floor indicating the carpet may have been replaced, the tires have been replaced, also worth noting is the yellow cad still visible on the engine, very rare and indicates this is a low mile car.

I like to change cars often and try out new models. Car hire gives me this opportunity. The last time I rented a car in Liverpool was from Enterprise, and I hadn't used their services before this trip, but this time I booked a car on rental24.co.uk/uk/liverpool-airport-john-lennon/enterprise at Liverpool Airport and I can say that I liked their service
