    Ebay item 4/25/06
www.hendrixwirewheel.com in Greensboro, N.C. Allen Hendrix installed correct size tubes, shaved each tire to be perfectly round, computer balanced each wheel, and adjusted each individual spoke on the wire wheels. The 5 Tires are Dunlop SP Sport radial and are like new! The 5 wirewheels are chrome Dayton 72 spoke. She is truly like riding on a cloud!

THE CAR HAS a very solid body with no rust! All of this has been taken care of by a professional restorer. The restorer chose to use very little filler in final finish on body before painting.See picture. She could use a finishing painting, smoothing out all body waves. Several paint and body professionals have told me that this car will not need a bare metal, since so little filler was used, the prep and paint could be done on this layer, saving money. This approximate $5000 finishing paint would send the value upwards to $90,000+.(cpi black book, march-april 2006, excellent condition).

An original Jaguar etype tool kit comes with the car.

We just finished a thorough and proper “sorting” that included a new $250 vintage “Lucas logo” like original maintenance free modern battery from Antique Car Battery , new breaklight switch, new cooling fan relay switch, and professional carb tuning.

    BOTTOMLINE:
This is an upperlevel driver that can easily and economically be taken to the next level of “SHOWCAR”. The car was restored with originality as the goal. Jaguar Heritage Certificate confirms ALL NUMBERS MATCH! She has been properly sorted and ready for RELIABLE TRAVEL and/or SHOW!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
