This car is mentioned in a letter in "Jaguar Driver" magazine December 1982 by the then owner Jeremy Peters of Tiptree Essex England.
He was trying to find out the history of the car and stated that he believed it to have been sold second hand from a garage in Purley England in 1966 to a New Zealander.
The car was originally gunmetal grey with red interior and registration number 873 ELH
